Alignment in SuccessFactors Performance form

Hello Experts,

As per the following screenshot, alignment needs to be changed to horizontal. We have created custom Skill Proficiency section in Performance form, please advise how we can make the horizontal alignment, currently system is taking the vertical alignment by default.

A few things on this post...

1. Apologies, but I am not 100% sure what I am looking at.  The screen shot you included does not look like standard components of a Performance Review.  Have you included an HTML table somehow into a form?   If so, how? I don't believe an HTML table is supported in Performance Forms.
