Hello gurus!

can someone please explain to me why a BP object is created when transferred an organization unit from HCM to Erec?

We have HCM and Erec on different instances and in table T77S0 we haver the param: HRALX OBPON ON. Is this correct? Why is it necessary?

Hi Diana,

Standalone E-Recruiting doesn't have HCM installed, so we store companies as BP objects.
