Hi SAP Community,

we have a commercialized Sales Demo (SFCPART) and are using it mainly for Demos in SuccessFactors Recruiting. We would like to configure "Generating Interview Questions", which is part of the interviews functionality with the integration of Microsoft Teams. One prerequisite is the AI units license.

Is it possible to acquire the AI units license for a Sales Demo and is the mentioned feature available in this environment?

Yes, it is possible to acquire the SAP AI Units license for a Sales Demo (SFCPART) environment; however, there are specific considerations and limitations to be aware of.

1. Availability of AI Units License for Sales Demo
SAP SuccessFactors does not provide support for free trial or demo instances, including SalesDemo environments. According to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2457731, SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Support does not assist with free trial demo instances or SalesDemo environments.
