Agency User on SAP E-Recruiting

Hi All,

I get stuck to implement SAP E-Recruiting on Agency User part because I cannot understand it clearly.

1. I create Agency on E-Recruiting system. On maintain screen, I found user field and support group to assign.

I got problem here because my agency is external person (Outsource company) but I found that user field need to relationship with personnel no.

2. What application for agency to enter candidate into SAP E-Recruiting system?

Application name "hrrcf_a_reg_applwizard_ext" "ERC_A_APPL_MGMT" or BSP application? I implemented it on ECC 6.00 Ehp6, then I don't want to use BSP application for this.

Question

1. How to assign user for agency?

2. Does agency need to log on into SAP E-Recruiting system?

3. What application for agency to enter candidate?

Hi Soracha,

You maintain the agency like that:

You have the option to assign the user directly or via support groups. If you are part of a support group which is then assigned to an application in ERC_A_APPL_MGMT (manual external application entry) it is automatically filled with the agency info.

The agency members need to logon to the system and can use following application defined in the data entry clerk role:

Thanks, Nicole. It is clear for me.

One thing, I am not clear on SAP Design about Agency and make me confuse is Maintain Agency screen at the part to assign user. The search help links with Personnel Number of employee. When I want to assign user, it make me not sure on that.

Hi Soracha,

You can directly assign the user(Type US) through recruiting administrator role even if its not available in search. Alternatively, you can use the method "EDIT_AGENCY" of class CL_HRRCF_M_AGENCY_UI followed by SAVE_AGENCY_DETAILS.
