We are new to success factors and have been experiencing issues when onboarding temp staff to a perm role with our business. Is anyone able to share how they do this function:
- create the req
- have the agency upload the candidate to the role
- Issue contract and hit onboarding.
We are coming up with issues around duplicate profiles as we have already previously onboarded the individual as an agency/temp candidate.
I look forward to hearing how others have had success with this process.
Temp staff as in contingent workers? Because SAP so far hasn't exactly supported that:

In that sense, either accept taking someone through rec/onb/ec as regular employee, or do the initial recruitment and then add contingent worker to process the data.
