Agencies and Questionnaires

Hi!  We are currently live on E-Recruiting EhP4.  As part of our implementation, we followed the standard approach for using agencies / headhunters.  That is to say, they use a version of the External Application process in order to enter information about candidates they identify.  Our Corporate Recruiting Department is now asking that the agency / headhunter also fill out questionnaires on behalf of the candidates that they enter into E-Recruiting.  How do we give the agency / headhunter the ability to fill out questionnaires without granting them total access to the E-Recruiting system?

Hi John,

You can send them the questionnaires to fill out by email. Of course they would need some sort of logon data to justify that they are allowed to complete questionnaires.

Hi John,

You can check the settings possible with table V77RCF_ACTDEF_PL. Here you can define someone different than the candidate (or current user) as default processor.
