Hi,
Every employee is entitled to a minimum of 20 working days leave per annum.
After 2 years of service leave will increase by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days.
Can you please help me how to do this?
You can review the Time Off Implementation Guide - Section with Accruals with Seniority. You will get a very good idea of how you can design this rule; use a Seniority Lookup Table in your rule as well.
