Hello SAP Experts,
We are in the middle of Integrating the Adobe Sign with the SuccessFactors Recruitment Offer letter. we were able to send the offer letter to candidate and digitally sign the offer letter but we found that the status in the Candidate job application is not getting updated with offer accepted and the signed offer letter by the candidate is not getting attached in the template.
We need your expertise to help to check where the call back URL and setting has to be maintained for the status and attachment to be updated back to SF. We have followed the Adobe implementation guide step by step but still the status and signed offer letter is not getting updated back to the SuccessFactors. Request your support here.
