Adobe Reader Could not open 'Preview.pdf'....for E-rec Objects

Hi...All,

In E-recruiting, Different smart forms are exist for different activities.

We are trying to open the preview for particular activity from portal(Web dynpro application)- We are experiencing the below error.

Adobe reader could not open 'preview.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.

Kindly suggest me how to trouble shoot this issue.....

Hi..All,

We solved this issue by copying   Changeable Letter Section  Templates.

Now its working fine.

Hi

We encountered similar issue - and later we analyzed candidate data was not created properly and missing some fields eventually PDF file was not created successfully.

Please check if u have the issue with all activities and correspondences - also verify the data being used to generate the pdf.
