We are currently setting up Adobe Connect as a Virtual Learning Service (VLS) vendor in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). We followed the guides and completed the integration setup successfully. When we create a class in LMS, a corresponding session is created in the Adobe Admin Console, which suggests that the integration is working as expected.
However, we are encountering an issue with the registration confirmation notifications sent to users and instructors from LMS. The links included in these notifications lead to a 404 error when clicked. Based on the format of the link, we suspect this might be related to a connector class configuration issue.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue when setting up Adobe as VLS in LMS? Are there specific configurations or steps in the connector class setup that we might have missed? Any recommendations for troubleshooting or resolving the 404 error in the registration links?
