Hi All,
There used to a an admin resource calculator available from the old Community, but now appears to be gone.

Does anyone know if there was a replacement tool, or something similar that customers can use to calculate the number of staff they require to support the system? Any ideas welcome,

Hello! I know we communicated offline, but for everyone else's benefit, I thought I would answer here also.
Unfortunately, when the former SF Customer Community migrated to the SAP Community in January 2023, we weren't able to migrate the Admin Resource Calculator since it was a custom tool.
However, you may access this System Admin Resource Considerations blog to link to the broad recommendations, admin reference documents, and some guidance on admin resources necessary to support the SuccessFactors system from the previous tool. I hope this is helpful as a starting point for conversations.
