Additional Onboarding Data Collection: Translation of Instruction Text

Hi experts,

We want to set up an instruction text for the Additional Onboarding Data Collection step as described under "Example 1: Setup long read-only text on UI" in this blog:

Doing that is not problem. However, if somebody logs in with a different language, the text still appears in English. So how can it be translated?
