Adding Successors Column to Calibration Session

Hello,

Our client wants to be able to add/edit succession nominations within the calibration list view. Instead of opening the Talent Card, they want an additional column. It should be editable like the Talent Flag columns.

Does anyone know how I can add that?

Hi @Uroojafz,

This is not something which is currently possible in the system and the Talent Card would be the tool used in this scenario.

If adding, editing or removing successors for a specific group in a meeting environment (such as is often the case for Calibration or Talent Review meetings). Then perhaps looking at the presentations tool would be something of interest. You can configure a Talent Card like you can in Calibration, and engage in succession planning through the nomination portlet on the Talent Card.
