Adding option to category on permissions>people pool

Hi Experts

I would like to get assistance on adding an option to these available options already. The option I would like to add is 'Ok to Rehire' from employment details. see screenshot groupdefinition.png microsoftteams-image-3.png

Please note that this is for the offboarding tile in 'manage home page'. I do not want the option to appear on the manage permission group but must be accessible vial manage home page in offboarding tile.

For this go to Manage Business Configuration. On Left hand side you will see filters. In that you can find "dgfilters". Once you open that on right hand side you will see dropdown with Employment details. If not you can add one. Then you can choose this field "Ok To Rehire" from that. Once done wait for few min. Once Sync is completed you should see this new option in Permission group category
