Adding External VLS Instructor

Hi team,

Have you encountered the below error when adding an external VLS instructor in LMS?

The user account could not be created on MSTeams VLS Server. Please try again later or note the error and contact your VLS administrator. VLS Error: org.springframework.web.client.RestClientException: Not Found : Resource 'aaaaa@aaaa.com' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present.

Hi Jose

We are facing the same issue. The MS configuration is correctly set up but when creating a new instructor we get that same error. We also tried with the company email as suggested by Brian, but same error.

Did you find a solution? Any ideas
