Hello to all! A customer sent us the logo of his company by email (in png format) and asked us to put it inside the body of the notification of routing documents. We tried to follow the post of Mridul Sharma (Adding Custom Images in PMGM Email Notification | SAP Blogs) and create an image link with an external website, but it doesn’t appear in the email.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Do you know how we can solve the problem?
If you upload the logo at Admin Center > Upload Company Logo, then all notifications will automatically show the company logo in PMGM Email Notifications.
