Add photos and signature in smartforms

Hello All,

Is it possible to embed photos and signature in smartforms in e-recruiting?

If no...is it suggested to save the photos uploaded by external candidates in content server/document server and embed them from there like we do for embedding the logo in smartforms?

Hi,

regarding photos. No you cannot display photos as they are uploaded as jpeg. Smartforms just allow bmp or tif images uploaded in SE78.

This also means that you can just display signatures that you have uploaded to SE78 as bmp or tif.

Is there NO possibility for uploading the pics in other format like bmp etc. like the way we do for signature?

In my oppinion no. Smartforms just support BMP and TIF.

We would like to use abode print forms( NON Interactive adobe form) for designing the candidate application form and then embed the photo in that. Do the customer need license for adobe print forms?

Well actually I do not know.

In think you have just to pay for using interactive forms, but I am not sure.

But you should ask your responsible account manager about that.

Thanks Sebastian...SAP says that you dont have to pay for non interactive adobe forms..It is delivered for free along with adobe lifecycle designer with the sap solutions customer has bought..:)
