Add information in offer letter in Recruitment Management

Hi Team,
we are facing challenges while adding Annexure and salary details chart in (already created) Offer Letter.
1. We have created offer letter.
2. We edit the same, add required information and add Annexure.
3. We check in the preview. Whatever changes we made it is reflecting in preview.
4. when we try to save the changes which we made in offer letter, it is not saved. Also while sending to the employee.
we cant able to send the modified information.
5. We can be able to see only old version of offer letter.

Can anyone help me in this and tell me how can we do necessary changes in offer letter special we want to add Annexure chart and salary details chart.
