2021-09-23-16-22-31-successfactors-people-profile.png2021-09-22-12-46-28-business-configuration-success.pngWe are trying to create Global Info within the Dependents portlet , so we press Add Global Info and what we find is the next message:
Add Global Information - There is no dependent-specific data available for this country
We checked the permissions and they are all activated, also we checked the fields (attached screenshot, we are talking about Spain)and are according to the guide.
Any help with this?
Kind Regards

Even in Employee Central you should be able to see Spain specific data in BCUI, Please verify

you have to make a custom template for this to make it work for some countries if not available in standard
check the Compound employee API Data dictionary and Manage business configuration UI
EC Entity ** custom?
Entity Name in EC PerGlobalInfo* Name by the country

Hello Siddharth
as the guide says:
The CompoundEmployee API is based on the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). It replicates employee master data from Employee Central to SAP systems, payroll systems, and benefits systems
It does not look like what i am looking for now, excuse my ignorance if the case but i just want to make the BCUI object csf Spain Global info within dependents work. I mean, there is no ERP, sap HCM in between, i am working just with the Employee Central environement
Thanks
