Add Emergency Contact in People Profile

Dear All,

the emergency contact portlet seems properly configured in Manage Business Configuration however it is possible to insert the related data only during the hiring event.

We would also like to manage employee's emergency contact data directly through the people profile. Is this possible?

Hi Stefano

It is possible as our employees update it in self-service and HR update/view it in their people profile also. You will need to add it into people profile, it shows under Personal Information. Then update the employee views and make sure the permissions are correct to view/edit it.

Indeed, it is possible. Please review the permission role difference between Recruiter and the other person, who is updating it.
