Add EC category in Compensation for field mapping

Hello,

Is there a way to add additional EC category in the EC category dropdown for selecting fields for mapping?

There are some fields required in Compensation where the respective objects for it like for eg: Career is a separate tab from Employment Details or Job Information tab in Employee Profile. So I am unable to map the field: Education to fetch the employee's qualification in Comp. Education is a field under Career tab of Employee Profile but Career isn't an option in the EC category dropdown.

Can anybody suggest a resolution?

It's not possible.

However depending on which type of standard fields fields are made visible in that section you might be able to query some of them by selecting Employee Profile as a category in Comp.
