Add Data Point Comment in Story People Analytics

Hello everyone, we are currently running into the issue where we cannot add any data point comments in SuccessFactors Story People Analytics. When I hover it, it will display the message "To add data point comment to data cells, you first need to enable the option in the "Properties" section of the builder panel" even though that is not an option...

Has anyone else run into this issue or could assist?
