I'm using a cross-tab table and I can't figure out how to add a custom formula to create a percentage of total. I also can't get the overall total to show instead of the white diagonal line at the bottom of Sum. In the "% of Total" column I type "=" and it does nothing. It wont let me add anything to it. Screenshot attached. What am I doing wrong please?
