Add condition to when select Instructor

Dear experts,

During implementation SAP SuccessFactors Learning, my customer want to add condition for instructor when creating course. For example, they want to add conditions about job code and seniority and these conditions will generate to a list of instructors and they can export the list

How can I solve this
