Add Ad Hoc Approver in Compensation Module

Hello Community,

Due to the complicated organizational structure the company has, we need to create ad hoc approvers for the forms. More specifically, we need to send manually the forms to specific people who are not included in the route map in order to approve the forms. For example, we have a standard route map, but the compensation admin can change manually the next approver.
Is this possible?

The "Modify Form Route Map" admin action allows an administrator to modify the route map of an individual form, including adding steps.
