Hi,
The "User ID" and "External ID" values in our Learning environment do not match in many cases. We have mapped "External ID" to their employee number and "User ID" is their SF generated number. As their employee number is widely recognised in the business, we'd like for Instructors to be able to add walk in delegates by being able to search for their "External ID" insttead of their "User ID".
Can this be configured, and if so how?
