Hi ,

I'm trying to reactivate  a candidate after rejection , then  perform some other activities .  Last activity still remained  "reactivated after rejection"..

Any thoughts ?

Hello,

Is this activity in one of the last processes? In that case, the candidate will stay there because we always show the candidate in the process with the highest ID where an activity was created.

Hi Nicole,

the activity is basically the last process. Is there away a way to change this?

Hi Lucius,

Easiest way would be to put it under another process, otherwise it would always show up there (unless you do a modification).

Hi Nicole,

I performed 'Reactivate Candidate after Rejection', then another activity (Interview)...

Here are my observation,

  1. Activities in Candidate Profile displayed correctly(Interview as the last and previous as Reactivate Candidate after Rejection).
  2. T77RCF_RD_AT - Correct Entries
  3. T77RCF_CDCYLIST - NE_PROCESS as 'Rejection' and LAST_ACT as 'Interview' i.e. inconsistent. The process is not from activity or viceversa(as per the statement last process has the highest ID).
  4. Assignments for Requisition
    • Last Activity as 'Reactivate Candidate after Rejection' and Process as 'Rejection'.
    • When I click the Last activity Link from Assignments for Requisition page, then it display correct last activity i.e. Interview. So the only Text of Last Activity and Process is incorrect.

May i know the reason behind the statement

'Is this activity in one of the last processes? In that case, the candidate will stay there because we always show the candidate in the process with the highest ID where an activity was created.' ?

Can you please direct me to any SAP standard documentation on this?

If we want to do the modification/enhancement to show the correct Last Activity and Process, then we need to do it in the class where the results are retrieved. I will debug the application and find the class/funtion for this.

Hello Naddy,

Apparently, there are some issues with that behavior after RECFA CDCYL 'DB' functionality was shipped. This is currently under investigation of our development support and I would advice to check the latest notes in the next weeks.
