Activities are not reflecting on portal ?

Hello Experts,

There are few standard processes :

Application Entry	8570	Locking of Candidate's Profile

Now over portal in Maintain Process template or in Assignments section where we can run all activities :

I am not getting these activities :

Like in Preselection phase these activities are configured in backend :

Pre-Selection	0200	Check Documents for Completeness
Pre-Selection	1040	Request for More Information
Pre-Selection	1060	Correspondence: Rejection
Pre-Selection	2010	Telephone Job Interview
Pre-Selection	3020	Invite to Interview
Pre-Selection	3070	Request Questionnaire
Pre-Selection	5010	Reset Assignment
Pre-Selection	5020	Rejection of Application
Pre-Selection	8000	Assignment Ranking
Pre-Selection	8010	Candidate Ranking
Pre-Selection	8510	Contact with Candidate

I am not getting below activities over portal but these are configured .

Pre-Selection	3020	Invite to Interview
Pre-Selection	3070	Request Questionnaire

Pre-Selection

8510

Contact with Candidate

Pre-Selection

8010

Candidate Ranking

Same way Alumini phase and other phases .

Another thing I want to know that I have process Stand by talent pool which i configured as Talent Relationship management .

Now, where i can perform activities assigned under Stand by talent pool process ?

in the activities view of a candidate it's a seperate tabpage => TRM. There you can create Talent Pool activities

Yeah, i got it there .

But problem is i have configured two processes for Talent Relationship Management .

Process                                                Activities

Stand By Talent pool                            Assign Candidate Profile in Talent Pool

                                                             Inform Employee

Alumini Phase                                     Alumni Services

                                                            Invite to Apply

                                                            Circular

                                                            Information Day

                                                            Invitation to Information Day

                                                            Invitation to Alumni Meeting

now I am not getting this  Stand by talent pool activities at TRM .

I am only getting this Alumini Phase Process and even only 2 activities out of above .

And same with the others Process too .

All activities are not reflecting over Portal .

So, pls can u tell me reason of this behaviour ?

did you assign the process as TRM? did you assign the activities to NA object? It can be a lot of things, but it's definitly customizing problems

Well, i have assigned Process to TRM .

But problem was the same 'Assign activity types to HR Object' .

Those activities which we need to see in Assignments should be linked with NE object .

And  for TRM we need to assign NA object.

Actually, mistake was in same place .SO, thanx very much boss .
