Good day!We would like to set up SSO for web assistant in SAP SF.
This system should be connected with SAP Enable Now. One part of our corporative employees has accounts in active directory, others have accounts in LDAP (blue colors).
Is it possible to make integration Between LDAP and E Now and AD simultaneously. One part will come from AD and system will detect them from outlook address and others from LDAP will not have accounts but system will detect them from their own identifier or people from LDAP should have accounts in E Now?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Sofia,
I really recommend to collaborate close with our support team on this. Please reach out to them via Incident:
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/create
Please use the component: KM-WPB-MGR
Here are also some good information for the SSO Setup by using LDAP:

https://enable-now.sap.com/ic/wa/ext/%7Etag/published/index.html?show=slide!SL_70B947FC21604EAD
Hope that helps you. Best regards, Michael

Hi Sofia,
AD or Active Directory is where user details are being stored and LDAP or Lightweight Directory Access Protocol is a way of speaking to Active Directory.
SAP Enable Now On-Premise supports Kerberos-based SSO with Active Directory.
SAP Enable Now Cloud supports SAML-based SSO.
Which of these you can use depends on your SAP Enable Now version.
Kind Regards, Anton
