Activate Setting-Tools fields in Producer

Currently we are going to download some courses created in Enable Now to load them in our LMS but we realized that to download them correctly we must make some configurations. However, the Producer Settings-Tools option does not allow us to modify certain fields and we would like to know how to activate these fields? ( The fields appear in gray and cannot be modified).

can you please provide us some screenshots?

Otherwise its hard to see wich fields you exactly mean.

The fields I want to change, but I can't are: Settinngs-Tools-Trainer-General-SCORM.

Thank you for your help, I think I have the same problem than Jesus. I was cheking it but I have a new problem: I can't open producer, but I checked all the updates in my computer and Java and everithing is ok. I don't now whats going on:
