There isn't a way for employees to acknowledge statements or for administrators to report on how many people have opened their statement at this time.
There is a way however to make people aware of the increase they are about to receive and request their approval before the comp cycle gets finalized. Which is in my view essentially moving the needle a bit ahead of the statements step.
