Accrue 1.25 days leave for employee exactly 1 month from the hiring date

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement as below and please guide me on how to do this:

employee is hired on 1st September and he/she should get 1.25 days of leave(say for quota type-15-sick leave) exactly on the 30th day from the date of hiring. i tired the below configuration, but upon executing, got wrong values.

Please advise with both the customizing and the schema rules for this.

What Values are you getting upon the execution of the Report ?

i am getting more than 78 days upon executing the time evaluation report. any leads would be appreciated.
