Hello all,
I was wondering, can we make the accruals run automatically through the Manage Time off Calendar or any other type of accruals for a single employee or a few employees ??
my other question is: can we change the accrual total amount for a single user without changing the amount that has been used in the lookup?
for an example: the accruals amount for the user per year is 14 days, can we change the accrual amount for a SINGLE user to be 21 days instead of 14 days, without editing the lookup () amount ? because it will affect all users who has that time account type?
Request clarification before answering.
Dear Nart,
Yes we can run accruals automatically without even navigating to time off calendars if we have specified accrual run as automated in time account type.
If you want to skip lockup table for only one or few employees than you need to make sure can manual adjustment, remember that we can import manual adjustment sheet to do mass changes.
it would be better if you can add a logic into your lookup table or to the accrual rule itself to identify such employee's whose accrual posting are different.
Regards
Ashish

Dear Ashish,
Thank you so much for your comment, time and efforts.
I would like to say that, yes we it can be running automatically, but I mean for a single employee. as SAP said in this KBA: its not activated, please check this link for it Accruals.
for the 2nd question, I will try to do the mass change for the manual adjustment for a single or few users on the amount of accruals to change it from 14 days to 21 days.
and I will post my results for it 😄
another time, thank you so much!
Kind Regards,
Nart Lamber
Thanks Nart!!
