Hello,
We have configured a Time account type(Vacation) with the Accrual Frequency Bi-Weekly. System will generate 4 Hours Bi-weekly and total accrual hours are 96 Hours (Jan-Dec). In the Month of January, if Employee has 8 hours in time account type and wants book the Time, he should be able to book more then 8 hours, system should allow to book up to 96 hours, even though he has balance of 8 Hours. Employee would be able to book up to total cap. If we change Accrual Frequency to Annual , it will allow to book 96 hours, is there any other way to fix this ?

you could also allow the balance to go into negative.
However, would be interesting to understand what is the reason for biweekly accruals if the employees can anyway take the whole amount of yearly accrual at any time?

Its just that, when we look at the Time Account Type on UI , it has to show only Bi-weekly balance, however it should allow to book as many as employee wants without exceeding the maximum cap. Currently, we have configured with bi-weekly, on UI we would be able to see bi-weekly balance and its not letting employee to book more hours. If we change, Accrual Frequency to Annual, We would be able to see entire Annual accrual hours on Time Account UI, but we would be able to see only Bi-weekly balance but system should allow to book more.
