Hello!
A new user was created in SSFF like the rest of the users of the company. He has access to the other modules (Jam, performance, etc) but the learning module is missing in his menu. In the learning administrator when we search for him he neither appears.
Does anyone know what can be happening?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Isabel,
without having more information around your instance configuration, I can only point you in the right direction. You are actually facing two issues a role-based permission (RBP) and user data sync issue. Depending on when the user account was created it can take some time until the user is getting created in the LMS (depending on your configuration).
1. Learning module is missing (no menu entry) - RBP issue
If the user has access to other modules but no learning access it means the user has an active user status in the system but the permission to access learning is missing. Check your RBP setup if the roles assigned to the user include the learning module access. If the role includes the learning access check the permission groups and if the user is part of the RBP group (if not, investigate why not. Maybe there is some information on the user record missing e.g. Location/ Department and therefore the user is not getting picked up by the RBP group).
2. Learning user not created in the LMS - User sync issue
Check when the user sync ran the last time and if the user was part of the user import run. Check if the user has an active status in the LMS. If the user was not created in the LMS verify your user export jobs if the user was included (if the user was not included again, it could be because of a missing or wrong user information).
I hope I could point you in the right direction.
Sebastian
