Access Completed I9 Form

Hi Team,

We are currently utilizing the standard functionality of the I-9 process, including Section 1, Section 2, and E-Verification. We would like to understand where the completed I-9 forms are stored once the process is finalized for an employee and how we can access them.

Hello @Dheeraj05 ,

1. I am guessing this is for ONB2.0. After completion of section 1 and section 2, you should be able to see the submitted documents through the Onboarding documents in the actions of the ONB dashboard.

OR 2.  you can also find these documents through manage documents as this is the document repository and you can find every document that you have uploaded in the SFSF instance. You might have to play around with the document name field in this screen with a few letters of the candidate first name, last name. But this is a 100% sure shot to get the documents from SFSF instance.

If you are using a document repository like Open text then you can find the documents there as well.
