Accept online offer on behalf of candidate

Hi,

I'm really hoping someone can help me quickly figure this out 🙂 As administrator I've been asked to accept an offer on behalf of an external candidate who does not have access to the external site. Can someone help me with this? I went to Recruiting > Candidates and clicked on the Offers link at the top right but nothing shows up.

Hi Neeraj,

Thank you so much for responding to my question. The setting for "allow candidates to accept offers online" is already turned on in our system. The issue is that the candidate is unable to log into the RMK site to accept the online offer but they have provided us written approval to accept on their behalf. The problem is that I seem to either not have the permissions to do so or looking at all the wrong places. Any thoughts?
