ABWKONTI - Absence Quota output table data is incorrect

Dear Experts,

I'm able to generate Absence Quota using PT60. However, the output table ABWKONTI balance showing incorrect only for 2026 and the issue is not persistent for any other years (Example: Qta Type 31- 5 days for all the years, but for 2026 it's showing 10 days. 

Also, I have checked the PCR calculation and it's calculating 5 days only. Kindly review the attached screenshots and assist me.

Kindly paste the input screen shot of the Quota function, QTACC and the generation rule would help.

Is there any use of UPDTQ in scheme or any multiplication factor on the generation rule?

Hi , Please provide the screenshot of the selection rule including Base entitlement , in my past experience duplication is due to the mismatch between the accrual period and base entitlement. Since you mentioned this works for periods before and after 2026 check if there are any changes to rules.

Please see the Selection rules and Base entitlement screenshots. There used to be another Abs Qta-01, which is ended on 31.12.2022 and new Abs Qta-31 is created effective 01.01.2023. Kindly suggest, if anything needs to be checked on Selection rules.

How about the payroll period generation for 2026 , could you check if you have entries in T549A and T549Q?

Hi Ajay, both the tables have entries. Also, the issue is only for one employee, rest all the employee's belonging to same Org. unit doesn't get any issue.

I see, only thing i would check is WPBP on master data has there been any flag for WPBP on base entitlement or Selection rule? Also no adjustments on IT 2012 or 2013 right?
