Absence Validation Per Week Rule

Hi,

I want a leave entered as hours to have a certain hour limit on a weekly basis and I want it to give an error when it reaches a certain limit. For example, the right to take 9 hours of leave per week for maternity/milk leave. The rule I will write should control the week (9 hours in a week) and give an error when the time of the leave entered exceeds the 9th hour. In brief, how can I do this limitation?
