Absence days issue in IT2001

While applying a parental leave from 06.07.2020 to 19.07.2020 the absence days shud be 7 but system calculating as 8 absence days as it is 4 days working

Hi ,

If the employee work schedule is 4 days working in a week then system had calculated correctly the absence days. start date for parental leave is 06.07.2020 and end Date is 19.07.2020. Is there any leaves as per factory calendar between mentioned dates ?
