Hi, just wanted to ask how can I set up and make the Absence Counting Configuration available in Manage Data in successfactors. thanks everyone

Please check if the objects are secured in Configure Object Definitions; if yes, and if Permission Category is "Time Management Object Permissions" you would need to enable the permissions via Manage Permission Roles in User Permissions - Time Management Object Permissions to the objects "absence counting configuration", "absence counting method".
