ABSENCE 2001 RECORD GETTING DELETED-EC-ECPY

Hi

We are replicating the Infotype 2001 record in ECPY from EC(SuccessFactors-Time off).There is a small case say am employee applies leave from 01.01.2020 to 04.01.2020. The leave is approved and replicated through standard absence replication program. (TCODE:HRSFEC_PTP_ABSE_REPL - Absence Data Replication PTP)

Now say the employee comes is Feb and extends the leave 01.01.2020 to 23.02.2020 and while this is in pending now

when the same replication program runs the old approved leave record gets deleted.

Is there any way the old record is not deleted.

Have checked through Time Constraints could not achieve

Please confirm if Pending Data field of time account is set to "Yes" or "No".

Hi Swapna,

Please check pending data field is set to No or Yes in Time Account object . If it is YES then please change to NO as currently Pending data set to YES is not supported.
