about leave request and substitute for an employee

hi guys

my company has 2 needs .

1. when an employee leave company for 3 days (for example) , certain employee can substitute for him .

"substitute employee" must be certain .

2. substitute employee in that 3 days cant leave company for any reason .

In this case we must consider Unexpected Events .

Are you looking for front-end solution or a solution in back-end? Do you have SAP Portal / NWBC or Firoi?

What do you mean by "substitute employee in that 3 days cant leave company for any reason"?

You mean S/He can not send any leave request or system should not accept leave request? Or maybe his manager should not approve?

up to now , I found , this is development and sap doesn't have this functionality .
