A/A Type Text in CAT2 screen

Hi experts,

After the re-installation of the SAP, one of the user seems to be facing the below issue.

A/A Type Text seems to be disappeared, when clicking on Matchcode icon. Able to see the A/A Type, however the text has been disappeared for all the Attn/Absences

Please advise, what needs to be done to get the fix.

If not, could you explain what you mean by "reinstallation of SAP"? Is it a new SAP Gui?
