502 Bad Gateway Error

We are in production and our users are now seeing the 502 Bad Gateway Error when logging into the application. I am also seeing the same error when attempting to open Manager (see image uploaded). Please advise as this is critical and needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

Hi Jesse,

I too am receiving bad gateway error in Producer along as time out error 12031/12002. We are working on the time out issue, but have no solution for bad gateway. This started occurring after our Windows 10 Update. Hope you can help. Mahalo.

FWIW when I get any network hours I go through:

  1. Try Producer / Manager / Trainer to see if it is one component
  2. Close the browser / clear the cache / try again
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Try from another network (home network vs in-company network)
  5. Try the standard enable-now.cloud.sap site

Support ticket already raised at 11:08AM CDT. SAP are aware and working on it. Some 'cloud issue'. I don't know of any internal tests, and the Speed Test showed it was still there. It would be helpful if there was a spot on help.sap.com or support.sap.com that showed current outages...
