We are in production and our users are now seeing the 502 Bad Gateway Error when logging into the application. I am also seeing the same error when attempting to open Manager (see image uploaded). Please advise as this is critical and needs to be repaired as soon as possible.
Request clarification before answering.

Support ticket already raised at 11:08AM CDT. SAP are aware and working on it. Some 'cloud issue'. I don't know of any internal tests, and the Speed Test showed it was still there. It would be helpful if there was a spot on help.sap.com or support.sap.com that showed current outages...
