5 series infotypes in E-recruitment

Hi,

I am trying to implement E-recruitment and have started to do some configuration. My trouble is in my system I do not find any 5 series infotypes existing. Although I have created for some external employees but even then there is no data for these employees.

I have activated the Business functions as under:

HCM_MSS_ERC_CI_1

HCM_NWBC_ROLES

HCM_ERC_CI_1 HCM,

HCM_ERC_CI_2 HCM,

HCM_ERC_CI_3 HCM,

HCM_ERC_CI_4 HCM,

HCM_ERC_SES_1 HCM

Do I need to activate any other business function to implement E-recruitment apart from above?

Can anyone please guide me for this.

I am doing this e-recruitment on NWBC, ie without portal and no ESS and MSS is implemented.

Thank you for your prompt response.

When I go to SE16n or SE11 and try to see the 5 series PA tables I do not get anything. I checked the following specifically and in general all table like 5* but nothing appears.

●     Candidate Information (Infotype 5102)

●     Work Experience (Infotype 5103)

●     Education (Infotype 5104)

●     Qualifications (Infotype 5105)

●     Desired Employment (Infotype 5106)

●     Desired Location (Infotype 5107)

●     Contact Rule (Infotype 5110)

●     Attachments (Infotype 5134)

So based on this checking I am assuming I have missed something.

Any idea?

Hi Hasnat,

You should search with HRP5*in SE11 or SE16. So table will be like HRP5102 , HRP5103 etc.
