Hello Experts,

Employees are getting below error while applying for a job from internal career site powered by CSB. Anyone faced a similar kind of issue or any suggestions?

Difficult to help without investigation of the problem.

Anyway, suggestion from my side is to try this:

disable ICS (by CSB) in both CSB and RCM
post an internal job on ICS (RCM)
access an Internal candidate profile in ICS (RCM)
perform a job search on ICS (RCM) career site
if above works, enable CSB (by CSB) back
