2H2023 Disable "Activate via Email Code" function?

Can the new "Activate via Email Code" function for activation the Mobile App be disabled? 
Our company do not want to support activation via Email Code...

unfortunately there has been no answer yet. Also our SF consultant did not find a way to adapt the e-mail notification...

currently there is no option to turn it off if the user has the mobile access permission

Can you tell me where I can edit the e-mail notification which is sent by the system when we use the new function "Activate via Email Code" and click on "Generate Code send Mail"?

There is neither the possibility in the "Email Notification Templates" nor in "Enable Mobile Features".
