2H2023 Deprecation of Learning Token Server LRN-99952

Release item LRN-99952 indicates that the SuccessFactors Learning token server should be migrated over to the platform Token Server.  How do we check if we are still using the Learning token server?

Hope you are doing fine.

From the LMS application this is not possible to see whether the OAuth Token server is being used.

Generally, this feature is used when there are any integrations in place with third party vendors like OCN providers for example. The IT team in your company may know about any integrations in case there's any.

Thanks for the info! We do use OCN for LinkedIn Learning. So, as long as access to the APIs is setup to use OAuth, we should be fine?

Customers that have OCN integration will also be impacted.

OCN vendors will also need to update their products to support the SuccessFactors HXM APIs.

Still this is something for the future, LMS APIs will continue to work until a new update is provided by Learning Product Managers. Stay tuned in the Release updates and the What's New Viewer for each release.
