After reading through the provided documentation for this release feature, I still had a few questions:
- We do not use the "Content Upload" tool within the LMS - we have built our own custom upload tool. Will we still be able to use the iContent Admin functions that are being released?
- Within our iContent storage, there are 2 folders - TestContent and Content. From the documentation, it states that deleting iContent files is only available in Production Systems. Does this mean that, from our Production Environment, we'll be able to delete items in the TestContent folder on iContent? If we do that, will the related Items and Content Objects in our lower environment LMS also be deleted? Or would we need to manually identify and delete those?
- Each SCORM content item has its own folder. Will the delete process delete the folders, or only the contents within them, leaving vast quantities of empty folders scattered around our iContent space?
